Returns and Exchanges
Custom-made items and according personal measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items ordered in standard sizes are eligible for return or exchange for a full refund, provided the item is returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the item has not been worn, altered, or damaged, and is not defective.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including boxes, garment bags, and any other branded packaging materials such as Nikamoda Babydoll tags. Any included accessories like belts, storage bags, authenticity certificates, and cards must also be returned, if applicable.
Return Policy
Please note: Once your pre-ordered item has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify your order. Changes to the shipping address are also not possible after dispatch.
We are happy to accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, within 14 calendar days of delivery.
If the delivery of an order is delayed by more than 12 calendar days due to the actions of customs authorities in the destination country or transit countries, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery. In such cases, in accordance with our policy, we reserve the right to decline a refund for the purchased items, as all orders are dispatched in advance, within the appropriate timeframe, and in full compliance with the stated delivery terms.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and may be handled via any shipping provider of your choice.
