The standard delivery timeframe is
4 to 12 calendar days. However, in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures in the destination country. To avoid potential delays, we recommend placing your order
at least one month before your event.
Please note that
we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs authorities of the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing times.
If the delivery of an order is delayed by more than 12 calendar days due to the actions of customs authorities in the destination country or transit countries, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery. In such cases, in accordance with our policy,
we reserve the right to decline a refund for the purchased items, as all orders are dispatched in advance, within the appropriate timeframe, and in full compliance with the stated delivery terms.
Estimated Delivery TimeOrders are typically delivered within
4 to 12 calendar days, regardless of the destination country.
In case of customs delays or additional inspections, the delivery time may be extended up to
30 calendar days.
Taxes and DutiesSome countries may require payment of taxes and import duties.
We ship on a
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the prices shown on our website
do not include local taxes and duties. Once your order arrives at customs, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes.
Since we cannot provide an exact estimate, we recommend contacting your
local customs office or tax authority prior to placing your order.
Important: If your order has been delivered but you refuse to pay the required duties and taxes under your country’s regulations, we reserve the right to
deduct return shipping and handling costs from the amount refunded by
Nikamoda Babydoll.
Returns and ExchangesCustom-made items and according personal measurements are
non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items ordered in standard sizes are eligible for
return or exchange for a full refund, provided the item is returned within
14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the item has
not been worn, altered, or damaged, and is
not defective.
Returned items must be in
original packaging, including boxes, garment bags, and any other branded packaging materials such as Nikamoda Babydoll tags. Any included accessories like belts, storage bags, authenticity certificates, and cards must also be returned, if applicable.
Return PolicyPlease note: Once your pre-ordered item has been shipped, we
cannot cancel or modify your order. Changes to the shipping address are also not possible after dispatch.
We are happy to accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items, with all tags attached and in the original packaging,
within 14 calendar days of delivery.

The shipping cost paid by the customer at the time of placing the order, in case of a refund, will not be refunded to the customer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and may be handled via any shipping provider of your choice.

Customs Inspections - In the event of a prolonged inspection by customs authorities, the customer is obliged to independently contact the local DHL office in the country of delivery, either by phone or email, to clarify which additional documents are required for customs clearance.
- We will provide all necessary documents from our side to support the shipment.
- If the customer fails to contact DHL in the country of delivery and does not take the required actions for customs clearance, the responsibility for any delays or return of the shipment lies with the customer. In this case, no refund will be issued.
All orders are shipped in branded packaging and additionally protected with film to preserve the box and its contents.Upon receipt, we recommend carefully checking the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the contents in the presence of the courier or at the pickup point.
If the parcel has been opened or damaged, or if you discover any shortage of goods, you must draw up a delivery/acceptance report and record the damage/shortage in the presence of a representative of the courier service (e.g., DHL).
In such cases, claims must be submitted to the carrier or the customs authority in the country of receipt, as the logistics company assumes responsibility for the shipment’s safekeeping after it is handed over to the carrier.
The Company NIKAMODA BABYDOLL shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to goods caused by the carrier or customs authorities. Accordingly, returns and/or refunds are not available in such cases.To expedite the review of your claim, you may also notify us by email at nikamodae@gmail.com, attaching photos/videos of the unboxing and a copy of the report issued by the courier or customs authority.
