Delivery Time and Cost
We ship worldwide via DHL Express International.
The standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 12 calendar days. However, in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures in the destination country. To avoid potential delays, we recommend placing your order at least one month before your event.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs authorities of the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing times. If the delivery of an order is delayed by more than 12 calendar days due to the actions of customs authorities in the destination country or transit countries, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery. In such cases, in accordance with our policy, we reserve the right to decline a refund for the purchased items, as all orders are dispatched in advance, within the appropriate timeframe, and in full compliance with the stated delivery terms.
